2:00 pm Early Coop-In. Showrooms are open to receive birds until 10:00 p.m. Please check-in at desk.
10:00 pm Showrooms close and all buildings are locked for the night.
7:00 am Coop-In. Showrooms are open to receive birds until 9:00 a.m. Please check-in at desk.
8:00 am Youth Poster Contest and Egg Contest entries accepted until 9:00 a.m. in Dining Hall.
9:00 am Youth Poultry Showmanship sign-ups accepted until 9:30 a.m. in Dining Hall.
9:00 am All Junior and Open Division birds must be in their cages.
9:00 am Judging Begins. All five judges will begin with the Junior Division. Class Champions will be selected and placed on Junior Champion Row. Open Division Judging begins as each judge completes their Junior Division assignments.
9:00 am Wisconsin Junior Poultry Association (WJPA) meeting. All are invited to attend.
10:00 am Youth Poultry Showmanship Contest face-to-face judging begins.
11:00 am Youth Poster Contest face-to-face judging begins.
11:30 am (approximately) All judges confer to select Junior Division Champions.
12:00 pm (approximately) Judges eat lunch. Junior exhibitors may talk to judges at this time.
2:00 pm Youth Egg Contest Judging begins.
2:30 pm Youth 4-H Avian Quiz Bowl Contest begins.
4:00 pm Youth awards presentation ceremony.
4:00 pm (approximately) Show Champions are selected by Judges. Junior Division Champions will be considered with Open Division Champions for overall Show awards.
6:00 pm Showrooms close and all buildings are locked for the night.
6:30 am Showrooms open until 9:00 a.m.
9:00 am Showrooms close and are locked. Birds may not be removed until officially released.
9:00 am Raffle and Auction begins.
10:00 am (approx.) Show Champions announced.
