These documents are in Adobe Portable Document Format, or PDF, and need Adobe Reader or Acrobat software to open correctly. Most computers have this software installed already, but if not you can download the free Adobe Reader here:


Depending on your specific computer settings, you may encounter difficulties with the download, or the document may not open correctly, using your internet browser. If that is the case, you may try right-clicking on the underlined link and selecting “Save Link As,” “Saved Linked Content As,” or “Save to Download folder,” or something similar (it depends on the specific browser you are using). This action should then give you the option of saving the file somewhere on your computer. Go ahead and do that, then use the Adobe Reader software mentioned above to open it (usually by just clicking or double-clicking on the file name). Note that these documents are not¬†necessarily mobile-browser friendly, so your results may be less than satisfactory if you are trying to read them on your phone or tablet.
